No-Refund Policy

Forge Accelerator sells digital products and subscription access that are delivered immediately. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. All Sales Are Final

Except where the law requires otherwise, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, because our products are digital content that becomes available to you immediately upon purchase.

2. EU / UK and Other Consumers with a Cooling-Off Right

If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or another place that grants a withdrawal or cooling-off period for digital content, that right normally lasts 14 days. However, by purchasing and choosing to access the content immediately, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins. We honor any statutory rights that cannot be waived under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

3. Subscriptions

- You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals.

- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; you keep access until then.

- We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the current period.

- Access to the paid Services depends on an active subscription and ends when your subscription ends, as described in our Terms of Service.

4. No Refunds for Non-Use

Not using, or not completing, a product or subscription is not a basis for a refund.

5. Limited Exceptions

We will address duplicate charges or clear billing errors, and we will always comply with mandatory legal requirements that apply to you. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within a reasonable time.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us, where no billing error occurred, may result in loss of access to the Services. A refund or chargeback ends your access to the Services. Access that has ended for this reason, or that we have revoked because you breached the Terms (for example, by sharing your access), is not eligible for any further refund or credit.

7. How to Cancel

You can cancel a subscription from your account area, or by emailing main@forgeaccelerator.club and we will assist you.
