No-Refund Policy — Lesson Path

Forge Accelerator sells lessons one at a time, as digital content delivered to you on purchase. Please read this policy carefully before buying. It forms part of our Terms of Service — Lesson Path and applies to every lesson we sell, whichever of our published works it is drawn from. If you subscribe to Archangel directly, that subscription is governed by our separate No-Refund Policy — the page without "Lesson Path" in the title.

1. All sales are final

Except where the law requires otherwise, every purchase is final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, because a lesson is digital content that becomes available to you immediately upon purchase.

2. What you buy, you keep

A lesson you have bought is yours permanently. Nothing takes it back — not the end of your Archangel access, not the cancellation of an Archangel subscription, not a change to these pages, and not the passage of time. We do not revoke lessons.

This is why lessons are sold one at a time, with what you are buying stated before you pay — and why you may hold no more than three unfinished lessons at once. You are never carrying a large purchase you regret.

3. EU / UK and other consumers with a cooling-off right

If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or another place that grants a withdrawal or cooling-off period for digital content, that right normally lasts 14 days. However, by buying a lesson and choosing to access it immediately, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins. We honor any statutory rights that cannot be waived under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

4. No refunds for non-use

Not opening, not finishing, or not marking a lesson complete is not a basis for a refund. Nor is deciding the lesson was not what you expected after reading or watching it.

5. Archangel access is earned, not bought

The fourteen days of Archangel access earned by completing a lesson are not a separate product and are not separately refundable. If you never use your link, if the fourteen days run out unused, or if you find you wanted more time, that is not a basis for a refund of the lesson. The lesson stays yours either way.

6. Duplicate charges and billing errors

We will address duplicate charges and clear billing errors, and we will always comply with mandatory legal requirements that apply to you. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at main@forgeaccelerator.club within a reasonable time — come to us first and we will put it right.

We take steps to stop you buying a lesson you already hold at that depth. If a duplicate purchase happens anyway, tell us and we will put it right.

7. If you also subscribe to Archangel

Cancelling or refunding an Archangel subscription has no effect on lessons you have bought; they remain yours. Buying lessons does not extend, pause, or refund any part of a subscription. Cancellation of a subscription is governed by our separate No-Refund Policy.
