This Privacy Policy explains how Emerio Group LLC (“we,” “us”), the data controller, collects and uses personal data through forgeaccelerator.club and the Forge Accelerator services. Controller: Emerio Group LLC, 3916 N Potsdam Avenue #690, Sioux Falls, SD 57104, USA, main@forgeaccelerator.club.

1. Data We Collect

- Identity and contact data: your name and email address.

- Account data: login details and your activity and progress in the Services.

- Purchase data: what you bought and when. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.

- Community content: posts and messages you choose to share.

- Archangel (AI tool) interactions: the questions you ask and the responses you receive, when you use our AI features.

- Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookies.

- Communications: messages you send us and your email engagement (opens, clicks).

2. How We Use Your Data

- To provide the Services, your account, and your purchases.

- To process payments through Stripe.

- To send you transactional email, and — with your consent — marketing email you can unsubscribe from at any time.

- To provide support, maintain security, prevent fraud, and improve the Services.

- To enforce access controls and to revoke access where a subscription ends or these Terms are breached.

- To comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (to deliver the Services); your consent (for marketing and for any optional AI-improvement program); our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Services); and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Service Providers and Sharing

We share personal data only with providers that help us run the Services, under appropriate agreements: systeme.io (platform, hosting, email delivery, community), Stripe (payment processing), and email-deliverability and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International Transfers

We operate internationally, and your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards — such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses — to protect transfers of personal data.

6. Cookies

We use cookies that are essential to run the site and, with your consent where required, analytics cookies that help us understand usage. You can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie banner or your browser settings.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, then for any period required to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize it. Where access to the Services has been revoked or a subscription has ended, we may retain a limited identifier (such as your email or account identifier) for as long as necessary to enforce that revocation, prevent renewed unauthorized access, and protect the security of the Services.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. If you are a California resident, you may request to know or delete your personal information and to opt out of its “sale” (we do not sell it). 9. Marketing

You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us. We will still send essential transactional messages about your account and purchases.

10. AI Features (Archangel)

Archangel is our optional AI tool. To provide it, we capture and store your interactions with it — the questions you ask and the responses you receive. How that data is used depends on your subscription tier:

- Beginner tier: your interactions are captured and stored so the tool can function, but they are not used to train or improve the tool.

- Advanced tier: your interactions are captured and stored, retained as ongoing memory so the tool remembers your earlier context (you do not start from scratch each session), and used to help improve the tool over time. By using the Advanced tier, you consent to this use.

“Improving the tool” means refining our own knowledge base and instructions — it does not mean selling your data or using it to train unrelated third-party models. You may request access to or deletion of your interaction data at any time under Section 8, and you may contact us with any questions about how your data is handled.

11. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. EU / UK Representative

Emerio Group LLC is established in the United States. If we are required under the GDPR or UK GDPR to appoint a representative in the EU or UK, we will appoint one and update this Policy with their contact details. In the meantime, you may contact us about any data-protection matter at main@forgeaccelerator.club.

14. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time and will post the new version here with an updated effective date.
