FORGE ACCELERATOR

Terms of Service — Lesson Path
Effective date: September 1, 2026
forgeaccelerator.club · main@forgeaccelerator.club
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Forge Accelerator lessons, operated by Emerio Group LLC ("Emerio," "we," "us"). They apply to every lesson we sell, whichever of our published works it is drawn from. By purchasing a lesson you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase.
1. Which terms govern you
There are two ways into Archangel, our AI tool, and each has its own terms.
-
The lesson path. You buy lessons one at a time. Completing a lesson earns you a period of access to Archangel. These Terms, together with our No-Refund Policy — Lesson Path and Privacy Policy — Lesson Path, govern that path.
-
The Archangel subscription. You subscribe to Archangel directly, without lessons. Our Terms of Service, No-Refund Policy and Privacy Policy — the pages without "Lesson Path" in the title — govern that path.
You may hold both. Each is governed by its own pages, and nothing you do on one path cancels, shortens or refunds anything on the other.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase. The lessons are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly allow them to register. If you are between 16 and 18, you may use them only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Your identity and your access links
-
Your identity is the email address you buy with. Your purchases, your completions and your access are all kept under it, so buy every lesson with the same address, and keep it accurate.
-
Access is personal to one individual. You may not share, transfer, or sell it, or allow others to use it.
-
Your lessons are reached through a personal sign-in link we email you; Archangel is reached through a personal access link tied to your identity and your level. Each is for your use alone, though you may use it on your own devices. You may not share, forward, publish, or transfer a link, and a link used from many places at once may be treated as prohibited sharing and revoked.
4. What you are buying
-
Lessons are sold one at a time. Each lesson is a separate purchase. Buying one buys that one and nothing else.
-
Lessons are built on our published works. Each work has its own lessons. Buying a lesson from one work buys nothing in another.
-
A lesson consists of a recording and a written lesson page. Nothing is graded, no certificate is issued, and completion certifies nothing.
-
The lessons are educational and informational only. They are not professional, financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice, and we do not guarantee any particular result or outcome.
-
The amount you will pay is shown to you before you pay it. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charge shown.
-
You cannot buy the same lesson at the same depth twice. If you already hold it, we will not take your money for it again.
5. Which lessons are available to you
-
Every lesson is visible from the first day. The catalogue shows the whole of a work, every lesson priced, including those not yet live. A lesson that is not yet published cannot be bought.
-
Each work's lessons begin with a first Part, taken in order. You may buy ahead within it, but a lesson opens only when the one before it is marked complete.
-
You may hold no more than three unfinished lessons at a time, across all works. Completing one opens your next purchase. This is enforced at checkout, and it is how we keep every sale one you can stand behind.
-
The rest of a work's lessons open when its first Part is complete. From there you choose in whatever order you wish, at Squire or at Knight. We advise you strongly to take them in the order the work sets them out, and to take them whole, because their effect compounds. That advice is about order, not about speed.
-
Lessons are published as they are finished. A lesson that does not yet exist cannot be bought. When a new one opens we announce it by email to people who have bought before.
6. Squire and Knight
Beyond the first Part, each lesson exists at two depths — Squire and Knight. The first Part is common to both and is taken at Squire level by everyone.
Both depths are open to anyone. Knight is the same material taken further, answered by a heavier engine, and it says things directly which will offend. We recommend it only for someone already well into his own journey — it is not the better option, it is the harder one.
You may buy a lesson at one depth and later buy the same lesson at the other. That is more depth, not a repeat, and it is a separate purchase.
7. How your lesson reaches you
Your lesson reaches you by email. After you pay, we send one message confirming what you bought and carrying the link that opens your lesson on the site. It is not always instant. If more than a day passes with nothing, check the inbox of the address you bought with, then write to us at main@forgeaccelerator.club.
8. All sales are final
All purchases are final and non-refundable, as described in our No-Refund Policy — Lesson Path, which forms part of these Terms. Because your purchase is delivered immediately — the lesson is added to what you own at once, and opens in the order the first Part sets — you expressly request that we begin performance right away. Where you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period for digital content, you acknowledge that by accessing the content immediately you lose that right of withdrawal once access begins. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot be waived under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
A lesson you buy is yours permanently. Nothing takes it back. Your Archangel access ending takes nothing back. Cancelling an Archangel subscription takes nothing back. This is why lessons are sold one at a time, with what you are buying stated before you pay.
9. Marking a lesson complete
You mark a lesson complete yourself, using the completion button on the lesson page. Nobody checks. Nothing is graded and no one assesses whether you did the work.
Marking a lesson complete before you have done the work earns you exactly the same Archangel access as doing it, and throws away the thing you paid for. We tell you this rather than police it. The recording is not the product; the work is.
There is no deadline on a lesson. You may take as long over it as you wish, and nothing here is improved by hurrying.
10. What completing a lesson earns
Completing a lesson earns you fourteen days of access to Archangel at that lesson's level, sent to you by email as a personal access link. The email is not instant and can take time to arrive.
-
The fourteen days begin the first time you use the link — not when you receive it, and not when you mark the lesson complete. If you never use it, nothing has started. Do not open Archangel until you are ready to sit down and work.
-
Completing further lessons at the same level returns the window to a full fourteen days, from the next time you use your link. Time does not bank. Days are never added together and unused days are not carried forward.
-
It is the same link every time. A further completion renews your access; it does not issue you a second credential, and the link you already hold is the one that works.
-
Levels run separately. Squire access and Knight access each keep their own fourteen days and never affect one another. You are admitted at the highest live level you hold, and completing a lesson at a lower level never lowers you.
11. If you already subscribe to Archangel
-
If you hold a live paid Archangel subscription at the lesson's level or higher, completing that lesson earns you no separate access, because your subscription already is your access. We tell you so when it happens. Nothing about your subscription is shortened, replaced or interrupted by anything you complete here.
-
If you complete a lesson at a level above what your subscription covers, that completion earns you fourteen days at that higher level, on its own clock, alongside your subscription.
-
A courtesy or founding grant of Archangel access is not a subscription, and it does not stop a lesson from earning you access.
12. What your Archangel access gives you
-
The access you earn opens the whole of Archangel at your level for those fourteen days — not the lesson you completed, and not only the work you are studying. Archangel draws on our published canon.
-
A daily allowance applies at your level, and Archangel shows you where you stand against it. It resets daily. We may adjust allowances from time to time.
-
Archangel is provided on an "as is" basis. Its output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not professional advice. Do not rely on it for important decisions. How we handle what you type into it is described in our Privacy Policy — Lesson Path.
-
Archangel access earned by completing a lesson is subject to the same rules as subscription access, including those on sharing your link, misuse, and revocation for cause.
-
When the fourteen days end, your Archangel access ends and your lessons are untouched. They remain yours, and you may return to them whenever you like.
13. Intellectual property and your licence
All content in the lessons — text, recordings, lesson pages, frameworks, and the published works on which the lessons are built — is owned by Emerio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content of the lessons you have bought, for your own personal, non-commercial learning. Your access link is personal to you and non-transferable.
You may not: copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or publicly post the content; share your access with others; use the content to build a competing product or service; or use the content, or your interactions with our tools, to train any machine-learning or AI system. These restrictions survive termination.
14. Acceptable use
-
Do not share access or sign-in links, scrape or bulk-download the lessons, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
-
Do not use the lessons for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.
-
The recordings are published openly on our video channel and may be watched freely there. The written lesson pages are licensed to you personally: do not download, copy, or republish them.
The lesson path has no community and no comments. Nothing here asks you to post anything publicly.
15. Your notebook, and what you tell Archangel
The lessons ask you to keep a notebook, in your own hand. Nothing on the platform captures it. There is no field for it, no upload and no sync, and no lesson will ask you to enter, reproduce, paste, quote, summarise or upload any part of it, to Archangel or to anywhere else.
What a lesson asks you to take to Archangel is the question your own work produced. How much of your own situation you choose to tell it is yours to decide, knowingly, and our Privacy Policy — Lesson Path describes what happens to what you type.
You keep ownership of what you write to Archangel. You grant us a licence to process and store it to operate the tool, as that Policy describes.
16. Disclaimers
The lessons and Archangel are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will produce any specific result. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emerio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the lessons will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your non-waivable consumer rights.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Emerio harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the lessons, your breach of these Terms, or content you provide, to the extent permitted by law.
19. Suspension and revocation — and what they cannot reach
We may revoke your Archangel access and suspend your access, immediately and with or without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the lessons — including by sharing, forwarding or transferring a link, or attempting to circumvent access controls. We may also decline to sell you further lessons. Revocation may take effect on your next request and does not entitle you to any refund.
None of this reaches the lessons you have bought. We do not revoke lessons, for any reason. A lesson you have paid for stays yours.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and any fees owed — will survive. To enforce a revocation and prevent renewed unauthorised access, we may retain limited identifying information as described in our Privacy Policy — Lesson Path.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, to the extent permitted by law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and this clause does not deprive you of them.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Changes to these Terms never take away a lesson you have already bought.
22. The Honos Foundation
The Forge Accelerator is a program of the Honos Foundation. Forty percent of proceeds is granted onward to the National Foundation for Integrative Medicine and its 3rd Generation Medicine Lab. Both are 501(c)(3) organisations working in education, brain and population health.
Because you receive training in return, this is a purchase and not a tax-deductible contribution.
Your payment is processed by Emerio Group LLC on the Foundation's behalf and will appear on your statement as FORGE ACCELERATOR.
